Using these Mirka Abranet discs is easy. First, select the appropriate grit for your sanding job. If you're working on a rough surface, start with a lower grit like 120. For finer finishing, choose a higher grit such as 800. Attach the disc to your sander. Make sure it's firmly in place. When sanding, keep a steady hand and move the sander in a smooth, even motion. Always use a vacuum system to collect the dust through the holes in the disc. This will keep your work area clean and prevent clogging. As for maintenance, after each use, check the disc for any signs of wear or clogging. If it's clogged, you can gently tap it to remove the dust. When the disc is too worn out, replace it with a new one. Store the discs in a dry place to keep them in good condition.
