DESCRIPTION
This tripod-mounted pipe bender can bend pipes up to 180° (you can do 3 x 60° bends). It features compact hydraulics with a 9-tonne ram. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Ideal for bending DIN-classified medium and heavy pipes. The 2-speed hydraulic pump allows for quick pipe positioning in the dies and has the power to bend pipes up to 50mm. The unit is supplied with six interchangeable pipe dies and is packed in a heavy wooden crate for easy transport.
Using this Sealey PBS90 pipe bender is straightforward. First, make sure it's stably set up on its stand. Place the pipe you want to bend into the appropriate die. Use the 2 - speed hydraulic pump to quickly position the pipe. When you're ready, use the pump to apply the force needed to bend the pipe. Remember, it's suitable for DIN - classified medium and heavy pipes up to 50mm. As for maintenance, keep the hydraulics clean and check for any signs of leaks regularly.
