DESCRIPTION
This floor-standing pipe bender features a fabricated steel chassis and heavy-duty 12-tonne hydraulics with an integrated pump and reservoir. It has externally mounted return springs for smooth operation. Ideal for bending gas and air pipes from 15mm (1/2') to 50mm (2'), it comes with six steel dies to prevent pipe distortion. It can bend pipes up to 180° (3 x 60° bends). There is a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Using this pipe bender is easy. First, select the appropriate steel die based on the size of the pipe you want to bend. Place the pipe in the bender and align it correctly. Then, operate the hydraulic pump to start the bending process. You can make bends up to 180 degrees in three 60 - degree increments. When using, always wear appropriate safety gear like gloves and goggles. Avoid overloading the bender beyond its 12 - tonne capacity. For maintenance, regularly check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir and top it up if needed. Keep the steel dies clean and lubricated to ensure smooth operation and prevent pipe distortion. Store the bender in a dry place when not in use to avoid rusting.
