This floor-standing pipe bender features a fabricated steel chassis and heavy-duty 16-tonne hydraulics with an integral pump and reservoir. It comes with externally mounted return springs for smooth operation. Ideal for bending gas and air pipes from Ø15mm up to Ø75mm (3'). Eight steel dies are included to prevent pipe distortion. Using this pipe bender is easy. First, make sure the machine is placed on a flat and stable surface. Select the appropriate steel die according to the size of the pipe you want to bend. Insert the pipe into the die and use the integral pump to start the hydraulic operation. You can bend the pipe up to 180 degrees in three 60-degree steps. When using, always wear proper safety equipment. Avoid overloading the machine with pipes larger than the specified size. For maintenance, regularly check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir and top it up if necessary. Inspect the return springs and dies for any signs of wear and tear.
