DESCRIPTION

The Makita DHP484TJX9 is an outstanding 18V Li-ion LXT brushless 50th anniversary combi drill set. This compact and lightweight cordless drill is powered by an 18V Li-ion LXT slide-type battery, which fuels a powerful 18V brushless motor. You can easily control the variable speed with the trigger, getting 0 to 2,000 rpm on high and 0 to 500 rpm on low. For fast hammer drilling in masonry materials, it offers 0 to 30,000 blows per minute on high and 0 to 7,500 blows per minute on low. It has a maximum fastening torque of 30 Nm for soft joints and 54 Nm for hard joints. Safety is a priority with the electric brake. It features all-metal gears for long-lasting durability, 2 mechanical gears - high speed for light-duty applications and low speed for heavy-duty high-torque tasks. It can rotate forward and reverse, has an aluminium gear housing, and 21 torque settings plus a drill mode for better fastening control. Other great features include a battery protection circuit, dual LED job lights, a convenient 13mm keyless chuck. The Makita BL1850B 18V 5.0 Ah Li-ion LXT battery comes with a 4-stage LED fuel gauge, works with current chargers, and has a 45-minute charge time on Makita DC18RC and DC18RD chargers, 110 minutes on the DC18SD charger. The Makita DC18RC is a compact charger for 14.4V and 18V Li-ion LXT slide-type batteries. And you also get a Makita B-68323 21-piece screw bit set in a battery-shaped case.

Using the Makita DHP484TJX9 combi drill is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. Insert the battery into the drill and you're ready to go. Use the trigger to control the speed - press it lightly for lower speed and harder for higher speed. For different tasks, you can switch between the two mechanical gears. The high-speed mode is great for quick drilling in light materials, while the low-speed mode provides more torque for heavy-duty jobs. You can also adjust the 21 torque settings to suit your needs. When using the hammer drill function, make sure you're using the right bit for masonry materials. Always wear safety goggles and gloves to protect yourself. When you're done, remove the battery from the drill. Store the drill and its accessories in the Makpac case to keep them safe. For the battery, don't overcharge it. Follow the recommended charge times for different chargers. Keep the drill clean by wiping it with a dry cloth after use. Check the gears and chuck regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any problems, stop using the drill and get it checked by a professional.
