Simply hook the Hinge Mate over the cabinet door edge, mark the 3 hole centers, and start drilling. It's a breeze! This set covers the two most widely - used hinge patterns. Different from traditional TCT Hinge sinkers, the Forstner bit offers a super clean finish and can be resharpened. To resharpen it, use the EZE - LAP 'L' Type hand hones (EZL3PAK). The set comes with a Hinge Mate template and a 35mm hex shaft Forstner bit.
Using the Planet Hinge - Mate Set is easy. First, take the Hinge Mate and hook it over the edge of your cabinet door. Then, mark the centers of the 3 holes. After that, you can start drilling. Remember, this set is great for installing 35mm European hinges. The Forstner bit in the set gives a really clean finish, but it needs proper care. If it gets dull, you can resharpen it with the EZE - LAP 'L' Type hand hones (EZL3PAK). Keep the set in a dry place when not in use to prevent rusting.
