The Rotur Finial Mandrel is an outstanding product that you can fit into the tail stock. It provides excellent support for the fine end of a finial, enabling you to turn workpieces to a very small diameter without worrying about snapping or bending. This kit comes with 3 Delrin inserts having 3mm, 4.5mm, and 6mm holes respectively. You can easily change these inserts according to the size of the finial you're turning. They snugly fit into the inner race of the free - running bearing in the mandrel body. Moreover, you can drill out or modify the inserts to meet your specific needs. Using the Rotur Finial Mandrel is quite easy. First, fit it into the tail stock. Then, choose the right insert from the 3 Delrin ones based on the size of the finial you're going to turn and place it into the inner race of the free - running bearing in the mandrel body. When turning the workpiece, you can safely achieve a very small diameter without it breaking or bending. Remember, you can drill out or modify the inserts to suit your special needs.
