These ‘L’ type hand hones can sharpen an extensive range of tools and blades. They measure 6” x 3/4 with a 2 x 3/4 diamond section. The sturdy plastic handles are color - coded for easy identification. There are five grit options available, from Extra Course (150 Grit) to Superfine (1200 Grit). Using an EZE - LAP product ensures high - quality and consistent finishes on your tools. No oil or water is needed, and the surface stays true and flat. They are made in the USA. Available in Superfine (1200 grit), Fine (600 grit), and Medium (400 grit) as part of the EZL3PAK set.
Using these EZE - LAP diamond hand hones is easy. First, pick the right grit for your tool. For a rough sharpening job, go for a coarser grit like the 150 - grit extra course. If you want a smooth finish, choose the superfine 1200 - grit one. Hold the tool firmly against the hone and move it in a consistent motion. There's no need to use oil or water while sharpening.
