DESCRIPTION
This extension cable is designed for Mychron 3, 4, 5, and 6 devices. It serves as an extension for speed sensors, potentiometer patch cables, and beacon receivers. Both ends of the cable feature 4 - pin connectors. The cable has metal round ends, with one male and one female connector. Please note that this cable does not work with heat sensors. Also, for GPS, Lambda, Expansion Strip, and E - Box, a 5 - pin extension cable is required.
Using this extension cable is easy. Just connect the male end to one device and the female end to the other relevant Mychron device such as speed sensors, potentiometer patch cables, or beacon receivers. Make sure the 4 - pin connectors fit properly. Important things to note: this cable won't work with heat sensors. And if you're using GPS, Lambda, Expansion Strip, or E - Box, you'll need a 5 - pin extension cable instead. To maintain the cable, keep it away from sharp objects that could cut it. Store it in a dry place when not in use to prevent damage from moisture.
