Available in 64 to 100 teeth and 105 teeth, these #219 chain pitch sprockets feature a 2-piece design. All Rocket Sprockets in the Ultra-Lite series come with a special free-rolling tooth. This design helps prevent the chain from getting stuck on the sprocket's sides as it rolls into position, effectively reducing the drag between the chain and the sprocket.
The patented Quick Change mounting method is a standard feature. You just need to loosen the retaining nuts a couple of turns, and the sprocket can be easily lifted and rotated off the hub. No more hassle of fully loosening the nuts. Additionally, each sprocket has a regular standard hole pattern machined into it.
These Rocket Sprockets are made from 7075-T6 aluminum with a thickness of .160 and are designed as rear axle sprockets.
Using these rocket sprockets is easy. First, make sure your bike's chain pitch is #219, as these sprockets are designed for that specific pitch. When installing, use the Quick Change mounting method. Just loosen the retaining nuts a couple of turns and lift the sprocket off the hub. This makes it simple to replace the sprocket when needed. For maintenance, regularly check the teeth of the sprocket for any signs of wear. If you notice the chain is starting to catch more often, it might be time to replace the sprocket. Keep the sprocket clean to ensure smooth operation. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the 7075 - T6 aluminum sprocket as it could damage the surface. With proper use and care, these sprockets will provide long - lasting performance.
