Our #35 Rocket Sprockets are available in a tooth range from 52 to 81 and feature a 2-piece design. They are part of the Ultra-Lite series, which comes with an exclusive free-rolling tooth. This special design helps prevent the chain from catching on the sprocket's sides as it rolls into place, significantly reducing drag between the chain and sprocket. The patented Quick Change mounting method is a standard feature. You just need to loosen the retaining nuts a couple of turns, and the sprocket can be easily lifted and rotated off the hub. No more hassle of fully loosening the nuts! Each sprocket also has a regular standard hole pattern machined into it. These rear axle sprockets are made from 7075-T6 aluminum with a thickness of .160, ensuring durability and high performance.
Using your #35 Rocket Sprocket is a breeze. First, when mounting, use the Quick Change method. Just loosen the retaining nuts a couple of turns, place the sprocket on the hub, and then tighten the nuts. It's that simple. When using the sprocket, make sure the chain is properly aligned to get the best performance and to avoid excessive wear. As for maintenance, regularly check the sprocket for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any teeth are worn down or the sprocket is damaged, it's time to replace it. Keep the sprocket clean by using a mild cleaner and a soft brush to remove dirt and debris. Also, lubricate the chain regularly to reduce friction and extend the life of both the chain and the sprocket.
