Using this brake bleeder is quite simple. First, make sure your kart is parked on a flat surface. Connect the 1/8' NPT fitting to the master cylinder plug of your OTK or Birel Kart. Fill the brake fluid reservoir with the appropriate brake fluid. Then, start the bleeding process by slowly pressing the brake pedal to force the old fluid out. As you do this, keep an eye on the fluid level in the reservoir and refill it as needed. When the fluid coming out looks clean, the bleeding is done.
