This four - pin black patch cable is specifically designed for steering and pedal sensors in Mychron 4, Mychron 5, and Mychron 6 devices. It's perfect for potentiometers used in steering and pedals. Please note that it does not work on heat sensors. For heat leads, you should use a 3 - pin sensor.
To use this cable, first make sure your device is Mychron 4, 5, or 6. Connect the four - pin cable to the steering or pedal potentiometer sensors. Do not try to connect it to heat sensors as it won't work. For heat leads, use a 3 - pin sensor instead. When not in use, store the cable in a dry and cool place to avoid damage. Keep it away from sharp objects that could cut the cable. Regularly check the pins for any signs of corrosion or damage. If you notice any issues, it's best to replace the cable to ensure proper functioning of your sensors.
