This patch cable comes with two yellow ends designed specifically for 2T gauges. It has 7 pins for the back of the gauge. The patch cable is compatible only with Mychron 4, Mychron 5, and Mychron 6 2T gauges (Two Temperature Gauges). It connects the back of the gauge to sensors and thermocouples. Ideal for M4 and M5 setups, it provides a reliable link for accurate temperature readings.
Using this double yellow patch cable is easy. First, make sure your gauge is one of the compatible Mychron 4, 5, or 6 2T models. Then, connect the 7 - pin end of the cable to the back of the gauge. Next, attach the other end to the sensors or thermocouples. When using, avoid bending the cable too sharply as it might damage the internal wires. For maintenance, keep the cable clean and dry. If it gets dirty, you can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it. Store the cable in a cool, dry place when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
