This Comet 40mm wheel hub comes with 8mm wheel studs and offers a choice between US and Metric wheel patterns. It has an overall length of 2 inches (50mm). The two - pinch bolt design prevents hub slipping. All hardware is metric, and it's designed for one - piece wheels only. The removable wheel register allows the hub to slide past the axle end for narrow track widths.
Using this wheel hub is straightforward. First, choose the right wheel pattern (US or Metric) according to your needs. Make sure to properly attach the 8mm wheel studs to secure the wheel. When installing, be aware that it's only for one - piece wheels. The two - pinch bolt design helps keep the hub in place, so ensure these bolts are tightened well.
