Using your KREG® Wood Project Clamp is easy. First, if you're working on a Kreg Joinery project or general clamping, pick the right size (3' or 6'). Then, place the clamp on the material you want to hold. Squeeze the handles, and thanks to the Automaxx® technology, it will automatically adjust to the material's thickness. To set the clamping pressure, turn the thumbscrew. For more pressure, turn it clockwise; for less, turn it counter - clockwise.
